It covers an area of 199，800 square meters, including more than 10，000 square meter workshop .It has excellent processing and testing equipments, perfect testing methods and more than 200 processing and welding equipments. It employs over 100 staffs, including 30 engineering designers and 10 advanced skilled workers. To important type of work in production (eg. There are 10pc patents in no more than 5 years as follow: ERS（ZL200420025919.8） for Loading Arm、EPC（200920070395.5）for Loading Arm、Safety protection device(200920070394.2) for Loading Arm、A software copyright for Loading Arm(2009R11S018988）、Intelligent Quick Release Hook（200710037857.0）、Safety Lock System for QRH（200710037856.6）、A software copyright for intelligent QRH V1.0（2008SR12533）、ERS for Gangway Tower（200920070392.3），Break off protection device for Gangway Tower（200920070393.8）、A software copyright for Gangway Tower（2009R11S018798）. And the same time there are four latest products being come true.

In 1990s, German Connex set joint venture with Lianyungang Petrochemical Equipment Company(LPEC) for manufacturing of swivel joint of marine and truck loading arms. Several years later, Connex was emerged by SVT of Germany. They stopped cooperation with Chinese company.

In 1997, Yao, as a manager of department in COSCO Lianyungang of China,found a subsidiary company, Cosco Lianyungang Mechanical Company. After several years exploration in mechanical industry, some team members from LPEC joined this company, the new named company, COSCO (Lianyungang) Liquid Loading & Unloading Equipment Company, produced swivel joints, marine loading arms and truck loading arms for domestic market. After several years experience, their company acquired some market share in China. However, they were still a unknown brand outsides China.

In 2002, Mr. Yao decided to stop his Chinese business, Flying to UK, Jason Yao (a new English name) spent one year to acquire MBA degree in University of Surrey. Employed as vice manager in a UK trading company based in Colindale, London for years, he Learn a lot about the merit of European business, he clearly understand what the exact difference between Chinese manufacturing industry and EU. Some mechanical tools designed and produced in UK for family using was like a fine collection of arts. He thought the industry equipment should be the same as it. In 2007,he made a decision to return back to China, develop a new loading business.

Starting from new century 2000, till 2010, this is key 10 years for all Chinese industry, the technology and manufacturing quality improved with dramatically speed, Jason Yao thought it a new opportunity to develop his original loading business. He return back to China, set up a new company, Jiangsu Changlong Petrochemical Equipment Company (Changlong, firstly as CCL) in 2008, cooperated with COSCO (Lianyungang) Liquid Loading & Unloading Equipment Company, devoted himself to lead team to the international marketing for several years, they acquired orders in some South Asia countries, such as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam. Also Changlong developed their technology of LNG(liquefied natural gas) truck and rail tank loading arms.

Meantime, The former colleague and friend of Yao, Ms Xu, set her company in Shanghai, named Shanghai Eminent Off-shore Engineering Company(Eminent), specialized in the manufacturing of loading and unloading marine loading arm, truck and rail tank loading arm, gangway tower and column, quick release hook etc. Some of their products occupied major Chinese market.

In 2017, Jason Yao left Changlong, he organized new team(Tysun Industry) for hi-tech research in mechanical industry. He was still not satisfied with current technology and quality control in loading equipment industry, most of Chinese companies just copy other technologies, rare innovation inside, and middle level production quality was a barrier to explore international market.

Ms Xu agree with him, based on production capability of Eminent, they combined a Shanghai Eminent-Tysun Off-shore Engineering Company(English registered as Shanghai Eminent Engineering) to develop business of loading arm and harbour equipment. They helped other companies in same industry, to share market info and improve design and manufacturing of high quality loading arm, gangway and release mooring hook. He knew, thousands of loading arms, mooring hooks just mean our good performance list and abundant experience in this industry, the brand name was still not famous to other countries, our task is to show customers and prove ourselves a good quality control system and better service system for after sales, then we shall be the same or better than Made in EU,USA.

Several new production line were settled down for orders from international market, a brand-new world is coming.
